Founder of Mechanical Energy System, established in 2013. Soumen has led the company from a single machining unit to a multi-crore enterprise with 87+ employees serving Defence, Railway, and Industrial sectors across India.
Co-Proprietor responsible for production operations, quality management and day-to-day manufacturing oversight across both facilities — Domjur machining unit and Bagnan fabrication plant.
